General FAQ
Does your artwork come framed?
Coming soon! If you are interested in a frame, please contact me, I keep a few in stock. Check out my Framing Guide for my favorite frame recommendations.
All prints come unframed in a cello sleeve and rigid backer to insure safety during shipping. Large prints usually arrive rolled in a shipping tube.
Where do you print your artwork?
I am happy to work with a small, local shop, here in Bend, Oregon. We have a great relationship and by purchasing Watercolor Wednesday products, you can support not one, but two local businesses!
Do you paint custom work or license your artwork?

General Shipping Information
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is calculated on weight at checkout and is typically under $5 an order.
FREE shipping for all orders over $50!
If you are local to Central Oregon and would like to pickup at my home in SE Bend, please use "BENDLOCAL" for no shipping fees.
Shipping option
All orders are shipped Priority Mail with USPS and typically take 2-7 days to arrive once shipped.
Please let us know if you need rush shipping and we will see if we can accommodate rush-shipping for a fee.
International Shipping
At this time, Watercolor Wednesday does not offer International Shipping. Please check out my Etsy shop for similar products that ship internationally.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in SE Bend, Oregon.
Use "BENDLOCAL" for no shipping fees. I will contact you once your order is ready for porch pickup from my home studio in SE Bend.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kirsten@watercolorwed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kirste@watercolorwed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
