This is a spectacular time of life but can be stressful at times with all the to-do's and people pleasing, so I want to make the stationery piece of your wedding planning as simple and headache-free as possible!
I want to create a one-of-a-kind wedding stationery package for you that will show your guests that they are invited to something very special indeed!
From the Save-the-dates to invitations to your day-of programs, your wedding stationery will set the tone for your wedding style and brand.

PROCESS
QUESTIONNAIRE & PROPOSAL APPROVAL
Thank you for considering invitations from Watercolor Wed! I am excited to get started, so please fill out the contact form below. Once recieved, I will send you an invite to schedule a call to discuss all your stationery hopes and dreams!
Based on those answers, I will create a proposal for you to review that is tailored to your budget and dreams. Once the proposal is approved, I will send you a contract to sign and ask for a deposit.
YOUR STORY - CUSTOM INVITES ONLY
Here is the fun part! I will send you a "get to know all your hopes, dreams, and loves" questionnaire for you and your fiance to fill out together. Along with the questionnaire, I will request photos that go along with places we'd like to have illustrated on your invites or map. From here, I will start sketching some ideas to show in step 3!
ART & PROOFS
Next up, I send you something pretty to approve! I will send you 2-3 invitation options to choose from. Once we decide on which option to move forward with, we will tweak it until is absolutely perfect for you.
After, I will design any other stationery items like your detail cards, rsvps and maps. The same approval process will happen with these items.
APPROVAL & PRINT
Once I have everything ship-shape ready for you, I will send you a final print release form. Once you approve and sign all pieces, they are off to the printer and we impatiently wait for your GORGEOUS invites to be ready!
In the meantime, I will print your custom addressed envelopes for all your guests, so get your guest address excel sheet ready!
